Your first 3 months

Month 1

Foundation

Your program lands. You learn the movements, lock in your macros, and start checking in weekly. You feel stronger within 2 weeks.

Month 2

Building

Lifts going up. Clothes fitting different. Eating more than you thought possible and your body is actually responding.

Month 3

Transformation

Visible muscle definition. Shoulders, glutes, arms. You look different. Most girls stay 6+ months because this is when it gets fun.
